How do I install Exceed CD?

Exceed CD is very easy to use and install. It works on all the major platforms, that is Windows, Mac Osx and Linux. To install just put the CD into the CD tray and follow the instructions. We will be posting a video of the process shortly. If you are having problems installing it just contact us and we will help you through the installation process.

Can I install Exceed CD on more than one Computer?

picture of girl in front of a computer The Simple answer is No. So we ask our customers to make sure they use their primary computers. Once an installation takes place the CD will be locked. This is to ensure it cannot be duplicated or installed multiple times across different machines. We can tell when a CD has been installed or tampered with and use this on the basis for products defects and replacements.

How do I use a promotional Code?

From time to time we may run promotions. These may vary especially from the medium in which its received, but generally providing a discount on our products or services. To use it Just enter the three letter promotional code in your order form and the discount will automatically be reflected on the order. If a promotional code is no longer in use such as past its promotional period, it might still reflect as discounted on the order form but will be deemed non applicable in Payment.

What are my Payment Options?

We support a number of payments Systems such as Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money and Tigo Pay. We also accept cash and cheques. A list of these can be found on the order page. No payment is actually taken on this site. A filled out order will be followed on by a phone call for fulfilment, this may be of any of the payment options listed on the order form. Once fulfilled, the consignment will be dispatched.

Do you have other Products?

The rest of the BECE subjects are also available on request. We will also be introducing our Online System soon, so do watch this space.

When will my order be delivered?

Generally orders are dispatched within 48 hours of Payment with the aim of delivering in a week's time. Some remote parts of the Country might take longer or incur additional costs. A dispatch SMS, call or e-mail will be sent out to you and also on the date of delivery for your availability. Special arrangements can also be catered for if specified at the time of payment.
From time to time we might run promotions with different delivery schedules and costs.

Problems, Returns & Refunds

You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a replacement (including return postage costs) at no additional cost. This will be dispatched by the same delivery option you originally selected. You may also opt for an alternative product or service of equal value.

What else should i know about?

We reserve the right to withdraw, redesign or replace digital products at any time.
If a subscription product is to be withdrawn, customers will be given 30 days notice and details of how to claim a refund for the remainder of their subscription.
We do not guarantee the Online product will be available at all times, though we will make best endeavours to ensure its availability from 9am to 5pm. We will from time to time suspend products for maintenance without liability to subscribers.
In the event that we shall be prevented by maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control from providing the product, it shall be suspended for so long as such cause shall continue to have effect.
